When you want a customized luxury floor, the species of your choice arrives raw for installation. From here, we listen carefully to what your expectations are. An acclimation period will follow. The time for this will vary depending on climate, species, and whether you’ve chosen engineered or solid wood flooring. The most adhered to process, however, goes as such:
- For engineered and pre-finished flooringA minimum of (72) hours prior to installation
- For solid wood flooringA minimum of (1) week prior to installation, and then (2) weeks after installation, prior to sanding
Once the floors are installed, we offer sanding, finishing, staining, wire-brushing, bleaching, or indeed, whatever you’re interested in having done.
